The club operates on a not for profit basis and in setting the fee structure each year the club tries hard to offer a balance of affordability with the need to sustainably cover the essential costs, which are made up of competition fees, umpire costs, field hire and other administration fees.
To help keep fees as low as possible, fundraising remains an important part of how we operate. We rely on everyone contributing where they can to our fundraising initiatives throughout the season, as every dollar raised directly helps reduce the financial pressure on players and families.
To enable the club to pay ACT Hockey on time, players are required to pay their fees, in full, by 30 June 2026.
Instalment options are available to players where they can credit the club’s bank account directly to pay off their fees at regular intervals. To access this option players must contact the club Treasurer (northcanberraeagles.treasurer@gmail.com) or the club President (northcanberraeagles@gmail.com) to put in place a formal arrangement.

Note: Umpiring fees are included in the fees above, anyone who umpires are paid via the treasurer. Umpiring payments are made to umpires at the end of the outdoor season.
